Closed Captions - for lectures

Many students found it difficult to watch the lecture while having to look at the side for the transcript. Closed captions solves this problem.

Fixes bugs that developers refuse to fix:
- content overflow bug: scrollbar appears on smaller screens

Improves on the existing user experience:
- transcript panel now dynamically sizes based on size of window
